Samsung

Samsung makes some of the best phones on the market, and while the Galaxy A03s might not fall under that banner, it is a great budget phone. It has a 6.5-inch HD+ with a 60Hz refresh rate, which is pretty solid, and the 3GB of RAM is not too bad either. That said, it only has 32GB of internal storage, although that can be upgraded with a MicroSD card, so it’s not so bad. The phone comes paired with a Straight Talk plan, which you can get for as low as $15 a month.

A security software deal to pair with these prepaid phone deals

Delete my data?
Incogni

One major perk of getting a new phone is the feeling of starting from scratch. Spam emails and scam phone calls can really muck up the new phone experience, and they’re just a couple of examples of why it can be good to have your personal data removed from the internet. This is where Incogni can help out with your new prepaid phone.

Incogni is a personal data removal service. It was created by Surfshark, and with a subscription it acts on your behalf to remove your personal information from the databases of data brokers. Things like social security numbers, physical addresses, and phone numbers are meant to be private, and Incogni does all of the dirty work of contacting data brokers to have your personal information removed.

A full year’s subscription is currently going for just $90. That’s 50% off Incogni’s regular price, and it breaks down to just $7.49 per month. You can apply this discount by entering the code DIGITALDEAL at checkout.

What is a prepaid phone?

The way that most phone plans tend to work is that you lock yourself into a contract, usually between six to 12 months, or potentially more, and that gives you a set bill every month. Sometimes that bill can increase if you use additional services, but for the most part, you’re going to be getting roughly the same bill every month. On the other hand, a prepaid plan means that you buy a set amount of credit in the form of minutes or data plans, and once you run out, the plan stops working.

A pre-paid plan can be very useful for those who are living on a budget and want to have tighter control of their plan, especially since you can usually change what “plan” you have from month to month, so you have more freedom. On the flip side, if you finish your plan’s credit and are stuck at work or in the middle of nowhere, then you’re left without a usable data/phone line until you recharge. Similarly, prepaid plans may pay more for the same features/calls/etc. as you would with a postpaid plan, so you are losing out a bit in the process.

The OnePlus 13's screen.

Are you planning to buy a new phone from this year's Prime Day? The good news is that there's no shortage of phone deals to choose from, but this is the one that we recommend — the OnePlus 13 with 512GB of storage for only $880. Just launched in January, that's the device's lowest-ever price, following a 12% discount on its original price of $1,000. You're going to want to proceed with the transaction as soon as you can though, as there's a chance that the savings of $120 on this Android smartphone will disappear before the shopping event ends.

A woman holding a phone with a Baseus Am41 Magnetic Power Bank attached to it.

One of the worst things about being a doomscroller isn't the information you're getting, it's the fear that your battery will die and the scrolling will have to end. This is especially true if you're stuck without power, waiting for the doctor or dentist to finally call your name, or have any other sort of emergency. But, Baseus has you covered with their excellent selection of on-the-go power banks made for your iPhone. Since they're small and fit directly to your phone's magnet charging area, you can think of them more as battery extenders than anything. Plus, if your phone's internal battery is starting to have battery trouble, a Baseus charger is a great way to avoid an annoying battery change session. The best news, however, is that they're all on sale. Here's what you can expect to see coming up:
